What this mod does
(RLS) Industrial Village is an unofficial remaster of the game’s Industrial Site map, designed for the expanded Career mode of the RLS Career Overhaul mod. It started as a light touch-up and ended up as a map with a full logistics network and motorsport events. You can also play it in Freeroam.
What’s included
- 21 Freeroam events: circuit racing, rally, off-road, oval, drift and drag.
- 7 garages, 4 themed dealerships, a gas station and EV chargers.
- Over 40 delivery points with trailers, parcels, fluids and materials, plus valet jobs.
- Over 30 loaner vehicles, many with their own liveries.
- Taxi, repossession, forklift and ambulance jobs.
- Car meets and a selector to travel to other RLS-compatible maps.
Requirements
For Career mode you need RLS Career Overhaul, and it’s a good idea to install the RLS mod collection: several trailers and loaner vehicles depend on it, and without those mods some jobs throw errors. The author points out that he isn’t part of the RLS team.
Release notes
Version 1.31 from October 16, 2026 fixes what 0.39 broke: Career loading, meshes, textures, sky, routes and container trailers. It also adds repair points and compatibility with the RLS employment system. The author considers the map finished and only plans fixes.

How to install it
- Open the (RLS) Industrial Village page on the official BeamNG Repository.
- Click Download to get the .zip, or subscribe from the in-game Repository (Subscribe button).
- If you download it manually, copy the .zip, without unzipping it, into the mods folder inside your BeamNG.drive user folder (Documents > BeamNG.drive > current > mods).
- Launch the game and check in the Mod Manager that it's enabled.
- For Career mode, also install RLS Career Overhaul and the RLS mod collection.
- Start a Career save with RLS Career Overhaul and choose Industrial Village, or load it in Freeroam.

Common problems
Does it work without RLS?
Yes in Freeroam; for Career mode you need RLS Career Overhaul.
Why do some jobs give a Lua error?
According to the author, a mod from the RLS collection is usually missing; install the whole collection and clear the cache.
It freezes on the loading screen, what can I do?
It's a known issue in Freeroam: the author says to press F5 to reload the UI.
