What this mod does
Barcelona EXP is an add-on by Bozkie for ProMods that expands the Barcelona area. It launched in January 2025, has received about ten updates and has passed 42,000 downloads on TruckyMods.
What it adds
- Expanded roads in the Barcelona area and, since 1.4, connections toward Tarragona.
- More companies and cargo jobs.
- The AP-7 toll, which was missing in earlier versions, and fixed road signs.
- Fixes for terrain, holes and invisible walls.
Compatibility
It requires the Iberia DLC and ProMods. The author asks you to always use the latest ProMods version and to place Barcelona EXP above ProMods in the Mod Manager. Since 1.6 it’s compatible with Iberia ProMods Rework, the other big Iberian add-on for ProMods.
Version
2.0 (January 11, 2026) fixes a bug in the company definitions from 1.9, which updated the map for ETS2 1.57 and ProMods 2.80. No version has been announced for 1.61, and it may not load with a newer ProMods: if you want to play it now, use the 1.57 and ProMods 2.80 combo.
Who it’s for

How to install it
- Install ProMods 2.80 on ETS2 1.57.
- Go to the mod's page on TruckyMods (Bozkie's verified account).
- Download version 2.0.
- Copy the file to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- In the Mod Manager, place Barcelona EXP above ProMods.
- If you use Iberia ProMods Rework, enable it too (compatible since 1.6).
