What this mod does
Strasbourg Rework is a beta add-on for ProMods that rebuilds part of Strasbourg, in Alsace. It’s by LaGe, who warns that it’s his first project and has known bugs. Even so, it already has close to 14,000 downloads on TruckyMods.
What changes
- A rebuilt area of Strasbourg, which arrived with version 0.3.
- Services replaced and moved.
- Since 0.3.2, none of the invisible walls from the early versions.
The page’s URL mentions an A4 rework between Strasbourg and Metz, but for now the published content focuses on Strasbourg.
Compatibility
The author’s rule is clear: the mod goes always above ProMods in the Mod Manager. Since 0.3.1 it’s compatible with the Rhineland map, although using them together requires a separate patch made by Sora.
Version and requirements
0.4 (February 19, 2026) is for ETS2 1.58 with ProMods 2.81, and the page requires every map DLC, including Nordic Horizons. There’s no version for 1.61 yet. If you drive around France and want more urban detail, also check out Paris Rebuild.
Holyfix Check
Will it work with your mods?
