What this mod does
Correct Fifth Wheel Position for Volvo FH is a mod by Truck Designs and Homley that puts the fifth wheel on SCS’s Volvo FH trucks in a more accurate position. It’s a fix designed so the coupling sits where it should on each chassis.

How it differs from other mods
It isn’t an adjustable fifth wheel: it applies a corrected position directly, without you having to pick it at the service shop. If you already use another mod that moves the fifth wheel on Volvo FH trucks, they’ll most likely conflict, since they change the same thing; use only one.

The title says it’s for ETS2 1.61. It was released on May 26, 2026, and the latest update is from September 20, 2026. It’s about 8.8 MB and doesn’t require any DLC. The authors ask you to let them know in the comments if you spot any bugs, stress that their work is and will remain free, and prohibit uploading it to other websites. It has more than 2,000 subscribers and a 4-star rating.

How to install it
- Open the mod's page on Steam Workshop and click “Subscribe.”
- Wait for Steam to finish downloading it.
- Launch ETS2 and open the Mod Manager.
- Enable “[1.61] Correct Fifth Wheel Position for Volvo FH Series 4, 5 and 6” and load your save.
- Hook up a trailer with your Volvo FH to see the new position.
