What this mod does
Realistic Air Resistance and Fuel Consumption, by darkestdragon24, fixes a change that, according to the author, came with Euro Truck Simulator 2’s 1.58 update: since then, the game’s air resistance setting no longer works as it should.
What it does
- Gives the truck realistic aerodynamic drag again.
- Aims to bring fuel consumption back to realistic figures.

If it doesn’t work

How to install it
- Open the mod's page on Steam Workshop and click “Subscribe.”
- Launch Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open the Mod Manager.
- Enable the mod and load your profile.
- If you don't notice the change, open the console, type g_force_economy_reset 1, go back to the main menu and load the profile again.
- Drive above 70 km/h to notice the difference in fuel consumption.
