What this mod does
Revamped Dynamic Suspension – Lite, by Tiger (TigerMods), is one of the most widely used physics mods for Euro Truck Simulator 2, with over 52,000 subscribers on Steam Workshop. It adds more realistic suspension, seat, brake, clutch and trailer physics to every truck in the base game. The truck leans in corners, dips under braking and soaks up bumps like a heavy vehicle, with no floaty feel.
What it changes
- Chassis suspension with more travel and a softer feel front and rear.
- Softer cab with natural movement.
- Seat with realistic movement and no camera shake.
- Progressive braking and a smoother clutch.
- Trailers with softer suspension and realistic weight transfer.
- Correct weight distribution with lift axles raised, and more wind resistance.
Version and load order
The author updated it for 1.61 on October 21, 2026. Put it at the very top, above other physics mods; if you use a modded truck, keep that below it. The Workshop version is designed for SCS trucks: the Patreon version, also free, adds realistic keyboard steering and support for modded trucks, and it’s updated the same day each game version comes out.
It works in single-player and in Convoy, but it isn’t supported on TruckersMP.

How to install it
- Open the “Revamped Dynamic Suspension - Lite” page on Steam Workshop and click “Subscribe.”
- Launch Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open the Mod Manager.
- Enable the mod and move it to the very top of the list, above other physics mods.
- If you use modded trucks, keep them below it.
- In Options › Gameplay, set the physics to the values the author recommends and tweak them to taste.

Common problems
Does it work with modded trucks?
The Workshop version is designed for SCS trucks; modded truck support is in the Patreon version, which is also free.
Can I use it in multiplayer?
Yes in Convoy; it isn't supported on TruckersMP.
The Mod Manager says “Downgrade required”
The game updated before the mod did: wait for the Workshop update, roll back to the previous version in Steam (Properties › Betas) or use the Patreon version.
What settings does the author recommend?
Steering sensitivity 0.75, braking at 100%, truck and trailer stability between 25 and 50%, suspension and cab stiffness at 0%, uneven road simulation at 70% (optional), and ABS and traction control on.
