What is a truck good for in FS25?
A tractor and trailer are enough on small maps. Once the selling points are far away, the truck wins: it’s faster on the road and, with a good semi-trailer, it hauls far more per trip. Use it to:
- Haul grain, potatoes or sugar beets from the silo to the selling point.
- Move heavy machinery on a lowboy, instead of driving every machine out to the field.
- Deliver pallets of seed, fertilizer or products from your factories.
- Build road trains with two trailers on large maps.
Before you buy, remember that semi-trailers need a semi truck with a fifth wheel.
Before you download
- Download only from the ModHub. Every truck in this guide is on the official ModHub, in-game or at farming-simulator.com. On PC, the .zip file goes, unzipped, into
Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2025\mods. - Enable it in your savegame. Mods are enabled per savegame, on the mod selection screen when you load it.
- Sell it before you remove it. If you disable the mod for a truck you own, the vehicle disappears from your savegame. Back up your savegame first.
- Real brands. Community mods with real brands (International, Krampe, Pitts…) are fan tributes, not official products from those brands.

Lizard W900 B
Made by SleutjesModding, it’s one of the most highly rated trucks on the FS25 ModHub thanks to how many parts you can customize: cab extension, bumpers, exhausts, lights, hood, decals with your company logo and more. It offers 425, 650, 850 and 1,020 hp engines, an engine brake and an adjustable fifth wheel. Since version 1.1.0.0 it has extra-long 6×4 and 8×4 chassis with a liftable third axle, and the base price went down. It’s built for the road, not for driving into the field.
International CV Series
The classic service truck of American farms: bigger than a pickup and easier to handle than a heavy truck. It comes with a flatbed with a gooseneck hitch, ball hitches and a 450-liter diesel tank for refueling in the field. Since 1.2.0.0 it has a 1,500 hp Heavy Hauler option, with more weight, so you can use it as a semi truck. It’s compatible with the beds and the snow plow from Roughneck Modding.
Volvo F16 Globetrotter
The big Volvo from the late eighties and the nineties, released for free by GIANTS Software. Since it’s official, it has the same finish as the base game. It’s limited to 90 km/h and doesn’t need any other mods or DLC. It’s the pick if you prefer a period European look.
Lizard C 7500
A single truck that handles almost anything by swapping bodies: steel bed (like a pickup), long or short flatbed, service body, tanker, short dump body or long bulk box. It has a fifth wheel and a front hitch. It’s the cheapest on the list and fits small and medium farms. The ModHub page doesn’t give the capacity of each body: check it in the shop.
Pickups and work vans
For getting around the farm, hauling seed or refueling machines in the field, a pickup is more practical than a truck. These are the most useful ones from the cars section:
- Superduty Pickup (Roughneck Modding Crew): a heavy-duty pickup with up to 740 hp and 115 km/h, for $42,500. Single or dual rear wheels plus ball, fifth-wheel and gooseneck hitches. The bed is sold separately ($5,000) and is removable. It has more than 13,800 ratings on the ModHub.
- Lizard Silver 3500 (Agro Tonho): $29,000 and engines from 401 to 550 hp. Six bodies, including a service body that refuels other machines with 3,000 or 5,000 liters.
- Custom Pickup Truck Bed Pack: ten interchangeable pickup beds (dump, flatbeds, workshop, salt spreader, wood chips) and four diesel tanks for refueling in the field.
- Lizard Rumbler Van Pack: a 300 hp delivery van that loads almost any product (except bales) and unloads it as a pallet. It comes with a matching trailer and an AI worker mode.
- Animal Transports: a rack for hauling animals in the game’s International S201 pickup, plus a Böckmann livestock trailer. Small capacities, for farms just getting started.
Semi-trailers for your truck
Grain and bulk
- LodeKing Distinction Super-B (GIANTS): two bulk grain semi-trailers in a row with 75,600 liters, for $138,500. It’s long and hard to maneuver in tight yards.
- Krampe SKS Pack: walking floor semi-trailers with 40,000 and 60,000 liters. The rear carries an extra fifth wheel to build a road train. It has an unrealistic capacity option, which takes away from the realism.
- Dropdeck Trailer – Autoload Bales: a 53-foot (about 16 m) semi-trailer that loads bales on its own, up to 550 small square bales per trip. It can also be set up as a 106,625-liter dump body, tanker or log trailer.
Machinery
- Schwarzmüller Semi Lowloader 3A (GIANTS): a three-axle lowboy with animated ramps, for $64,000. Since 1.0.0.1 it straps down containers automatically.
- Pitts LB35-CS Lowboy: an American two-axle lowboy, for $28,000, for tractors and loaders.
Pallets
- Palfinger FLC-253 Pack: a forklift that rides on the back of the semi-trailer, in diesel or electric versions. It includes three flatbed semi-trailers. It tops out at 10 km/h, so it’s only useful for unloading at the destination.
- Taillift Pack: a swap body and a semi-trailer with a rear lift gate, a dolly for building convoys and a pallet jack for moving pallets without a forklift.

Which combination to choose
- Grain farm on a large map: Lizard W900 B with the LodeKing Super-B or a Krampe SKS road train.
- Farm with production chains: a semi truck with the Taillift Pack semi-trailer or the Palfinger FLC-253, or a Rumbler van for short deliveries.
- Moving machinery: W900 or International CV Heavy Hauler with the Schwarzmüller or Pitts lowboy.
- Bale farm: any semi truck with the autoloading Dropdeck.
- Service and refueling: Lizard Silver 3500 with the service body, or the Superduty with the Bed Pack.
Consoles, multiplayer and tips
- Consoles. Every mod in this guide is on the ModHub for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Switch 2. GIANTS doesn’t allow scripts or unlicensed brands in console mods, so some trucks released for PC may never make it to console. We explain it in the guide to Farming Simulator 25 on consoles.
- Multiplayer. Every player needs the same mods and versions as the host.
- Size. The trucks in this guide take up between 18 and 31 MB each. On console, mod storage is limited: delete the ones you don’t use.
- Unrealistic capacities. Krampe, Dropdeck and Rumbler allow huge capacities. They make the game easier, but they can throw off the balance or hurt performance.
