What this mod does
Fantastic Knight Armor Pack adds seven armor sets with original designs that don’t come from any crafting bench: you have to find them. The author’s idea is to reward exploration rather than stockpiling materials.
The sets
- Frostbite Warden: buried under ruined fortresses in Whisperfrost Frontiers. Cobalt-level protection.
- Dune Walker: in dune tombs. Thorium-level protection.
- Scorched Heart: carried by big underground monsters in The Devastated Lands. Adamantite-level protection.
- Neptune’s Elite: in shrines of fallen guardians. Thorium, with plenty of oxygen and extra stamina.
- Crystalwood: thorium, with more damage on light attacks.
- Soul Cage: worn by enemies that roam at night. Protects more than adamantite.
- Fen Stalker: only obtainable by trading with collectors in Orbis. Thorium, with health and stamina regeneration.
Who it’s for
For players who want to change their character’s look with armor that fits Hytale’s style and also comes with an exploration goal. It’s by the same author as Outlanders Armor Pack. Version 1.6.2 is compatible with Update 6.
Checked on October 20, 2026: the author hasn’t yet released a file tagged for Hytale 0.7 (Update 7) on CurseForge. We’ll check again and update this page as soon as it’s out.

Requirements
- Hytale (Early Access) with Update 6 for version 1.6.2
- No other mods needed (Geared Centurion Armor, by the same author, is optional)
How to install it
- Open the Fantastic Knight Armor Pack page on CurseForge and click Install with the CurseForge app, or download the .zip from the Files tab.
- If you download it manually, copy the file into the mods folder: on Windows %APPDATA%\Hytale\UserData\Mods.
- In Hytale, right-click the world, check the mod in the list and save the world settings.
- On a dedicated server, put the file in the server's mods folder and restart it.
- In game, explore the areas mentioned (ruined fortresses, tombs, shrines) or find the collectors to get the sets.

Common problems
I can't find the armor at the bench
It isn't crafted: depending on the set, you get it by exploring, defeating certain enemies or trading.
Which one is the strongest?
Soul Cage, which according to the author protects more than adamantite armor.
I have the old version and it breaks on Update 6
Download 1.6.2-Update_6 from September 3, 2026; the author says that's the one compatible with Update 6.
