What this mod does
Outlanders Armor Pack is for anyone tired of seeing everyone in the same cobalt armor. It adds six sets inspired by the Outlanders, Hytale’s own enemy faction, so you can dress your character in their style instead of the standard gear for that tier.
Sets
- Tier 2 (cobalt): Berserker, Hunter and Priest.
- Tier 3 (adamantite): Marauder, Stalker and Sorcerer, which you get by upgrading the previous ones.
How to get them
They don’t show up directly at the Workbench. Outlander berserkers, hunters and priests occasionally drop recipes for the pieces. With the recipe, you craft the piece using the cobalt armor ingredients and, in some cases, extra materials like fir logs or Void Essence. For tier 3 you need the adamantite-tier upgrades.
Who it’s for
For players who want a different look without straying from Hytale’s style and don’t mind hunting for the recipes. Version 1.4, from August 31, 2026, is compatible with Update 6.
Checked on October 20, 2026: the author hasn’t yet released a file tagged for Hytale 0.7 (Update 7) on CurseForge. We’ll check again and update this page as soon as it’s out.

Requirements
- Hytale (Early Access) with Update 6 for version 1.4
- No other mods needed
How to install it
- Open the Outlanders Armor Pack page on CurseForge and click Install to use the CurseForge app, or download the .zip from the Files tab.
- If you download it manually, copy the file into the mods folder: on Windows %APPDATA%\Hytale\UserData\Mods.
- In Hytale, right-click the world, check Outlanders Armor Pack in the mod list and save the world settings.
- On a dedicated server, put the file in the server's mods folder and restart it.
- In game, defeat Outlander berserkers, hunters and priests until they drop the recipes for the pieces.

Common problems
I can't find the armor at the bench
First you need the recipe for each piece, which Outlander berserkers, hunters and priests drop occasionally.
How do I get the tier 3 sets?
Marauder, Stalker and Sorcerer are obtained by upgrading the tier 2 sets with the adamantite-tier upgrades.
Does it work in my current world?
Yes, it's enabled per world from the mod settings; Outlanders will start dropping recipes from then on.
