What this mod does
RasmusP’s LUTs are force feedback correction tables (lookup tables) for Logitech wheels in Assetto Corsa, designed for the G27, G29 and Driving Force GT. The author made them for himself and decided to share them. Released in 2017 and updated in January 2024, they’re rated 4.97 out of 5 from over 180 reviews.
What they’re for
The first three lines of each LUT are the important ones: they remove the wheel’s center deadzone. The author recommends RealNew80LUT for everything except the DFGT, which has its own table, and says the gain in Content Manager should match the percentage in the name: 80% for RealNew80LUT.
Recommended settings
- Logitech profiler at 900 degrees; on the G29, G920 and G923, sensitivity at 50%.
- In game: filter 0, minimum force 0%, kerbs 1-5%, road 2-10%, and slip and ABS at 23%.
- Axis at 900 degrees, gamma 1.0 and scale 100%.
- In CSP, FFB Tweaks enabled with soft lock.
Tips
If the wheel shakes while stationary, lower the first value in the table, for example from 0.100 to 0.070; lowering the gain won’t fix it. Uncheck per-car controls in Content Manager so every car uses the same LUT. The download includes screenshots and a text file with all the explanations.
