What this mod does
Flags of South America / Banderas de Sudamérica is an accessory by Vajouie that adds flags the game doesn’t include to American Truck Simulator: those of the 13 countries of South America. It’s an easy way to personalize your truck if you play from Argentina, Chile, Colombia or Peru, or if you drive on Latin American maps.
Included flags
- Argentina, Bolivia (plus the wiphala), Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Ecuador.
- Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela.
Where they go
It doesn’t replace the red warning flags: the new ones go on the windows and rear of some trucks and trailers. The list of compatible vehicles, from SCS and some mods, is linked on the mod page. Version 1.2 (May 2026) added the Volvo VNL 2025, the Volvo VNR Electric and Smarty’s Pacific P-500F, and 1.2.1 brought back the Paystar 5070. It uses the SCS flagpole, because the Workshop wouldn’t let the author upload his own.

How to install it
- Open the mod's page on Steam Workshop and click Subscribe.
- Launch ATS and enable the mod in the Mod Manager.
- In the shop, look for the flags among your truck's window or rear accessories.
- Check the author's compatibility list if your truck doesn't show them.

No: this pack covers South America. The author has separate Central America and Caribbean packs.
