What this mod does
The Freightshaker Coronado SD is Jon Ruda’s paid recreation of the Freightliner Coronado SD, the heavy-duty (SD) version of the Coronado. It’s a standalone truck and works in both American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2.
What’s included
- High-quality exterior and interior, with a fully animated interior.
- 10 colors for each interior element.
- Lots of chassis, including one with a set-back front axle (SBA).
- 4 cabs, the original hood and 122- and 132-inch hood options.
- Engines and sounds by Kriechbaum, plus 6- to 18-speed transmissions.
- Lots of accessories, license plates, a wheel pack, paint jobs and a template.
- Compatible with SiSL’s Mega Pack, the Cabin Accessories DLC and the author’s Wrecker DLC.
How to buy it
It costs $30 and you pay by card on byjonruda.com; it’s also part of the Freightshaker Fleet Bundle. Within a few minutes it shows up in your account under “My modifications,” along with a video and picture installation guide.
Version
Version 3.4, from August 28, 2026, works in ATS and ETS2 from 1.58 to 1.61, according to the author’s website. The page doesn’t list the file size.

How to install it
- Go to the Freightshaker Coronado SD page on byjonruda.com and complete the purchase by card.
- Within a few minutes the mod appears in your account, under “My modifications.”
- Download version 3.4 and copy the .scs file to Documents/American Truck Simulator/mod.
- Enable it in the Mod Manager; if you use SiSL's Mega Pack, keep it enabled too.
- Find the truck at the brand's dealer, configure it and buy it.
- To update, download the new version from your account.
