What this mod does
Real Brands AI Trailer Addon is a mod by GA071MA that adds trailers in the colors of real brands and companies to American Truck Simulator traffic. It doesn’t replace the stock trailers: it adds to them. It has more than 125,000 subscribers.
What’s included
- Trucking and logistics companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, Schneider, Swift, Werner, JB Hunt and XPO.
- Retailers and consumer brands such as Walmart, Amazon, Coca-Cola, Pepsi and Tyson.
- Fuel tankers from Pemex, Petrobras, EcoPetrol, Chevron, Texaco and Exxon.
- Double and triple trailers, and 53-foot tankers.
The author takes suggestions for new brands in the comments.
Version
According to the author, it doesn’t need updating with every game version as long as SCS doesn’t change its structure much. He doesn’t list a game version. The latest update is from July 29, 2025.
Reported problems
- Some updates require you to unsubscribe and subscribe again.
- One player found errors in their log from missing files and estimates that half the trailers might not show up.
- Another says it adds too many trucks, even in rural areas.

Requirements

How to install it
- Open the mod's page on Steam Workshop and click “Subscribe”.
- Wait for Steam to download it and launch American Truck Simulator.
- In the Mod Manager, enable Real Brands AI Trailer Addon and confirm the changes.
- If an update causes problems, unsubscribe and subscribe again, as the author suggests.
- Drive on highways to see the new trailers in traffic.
Common problems
Does it remove the stock trailers?
No, it adds to the normal traffic trailers.
Are there Mexican brands?
Yes, for example Pemex tankers, plus Petrobras and EcoPetrol.
It doesn't work after updating
The author says you sometimes need to unsubscribe and subscribe again.
