What this mod does
Real companies, gas stations & billboards by MLH82 replaces American Truck Simulator’s fictional companies, gas stations, billboards and other signs with real brands. It works from 1.47 to 1.61, it’s free and it has more than 800,000 subscribers on Steam Workshop.
What it changes
- Pickup and delivery companies with real brand names, logos and details; the changelog mentions, for example, Cargill, Walmart, Smithfield and Newmont.
- Gas stations and billboards with real brands, with a night layer on the billboards.
- Compatible with all map DLCs, Road Trip, DX11 and OpenGL, and the most popular maps and traffic skins.
Load order and incompatibilities
Place it at the very top of the Mod Manager, or at least above maps and mods that change traffic textures or logos. It isn’t compatible with other real company, gas station, billboard or trailer skin mods, nor with others that change textures. The changes apply to the whole map: you can’t enable them state by state.
It isn’t designed for Convoy, although the author says it works. For Europe there’s Real companies & gas stations for ETS2 (updated October 22, 2026).
Unofficial fan-made mod. All names, logos and liveries belong to their respective owners; neither the author nor Holymod is affiliated with them.

How to install it
- Open the mod's page on Steam Workshop and click Subscribe.
- Open ATS and go to the Mod Manager.
- Enable the mod and move it to the very top, or at least above maps and traffic texture mods.
- Disable other real company, gas station, billboard or trailer skin mods.

Common problems
Does it work with map mods?
With most of the popular ones, as long as you load it above them.
Can I use it only in some states?
No. The author says it's all or nothing.
Does it work in Convoy?
It isn't designed for Convoy, but according to the author it works.
Is there an ETS2 version?
