What this mod does
European highways are full of combinations that ETS2 traffic almost never shows: rigid trucks with trailers, B-doubles or the long Nordic HCT rigs. Mr Larrington‘s pack, distributed from his thread on the official SCS forum since 2018, puts them on the road. Version 1.61.0 came out on October 7, 2026 for ETS2 1.61.
What it adds
- Drawbar double trailers, B-doubles, B-triples and HCT combinations with various bodies.
- LCV combinations (rigid truck, dolly and semi-trailer), completely rebuilt in this version.
- Trailers and cargoes from the trailer and cargo DLCs, including Special Transport, with their own trucks and a low spawn rate.
- Double and triple trailers in the Freight Market outside the SCS map.
- Add-ons for the Jazzycat and TrafficManiac packs, Arnook’s Container Pack and the Sound Fixes Pack.
How it’s set up
It’s modular: the Base module is required, and each add-on needs its DLC or the matching third-party mod. If you use Real Traffic Density, it goes above the pack. There’s an ATS version: Mr Larrington’s ATS Traffic and Trailer Pack.
Known issues
The author acknowledges trailers that appear before their wheels (he recommends setting g_lod_factor_traffic to 5 in config.cfg), license plates that are missing or floating, and the occasional double that sinks into the asphalt or gets tangled up.

Requirements
- Euro Truck Simulator 2 1.61
- The pack's Base module active (all the others need it)

How to install it
- Open Mr Larrington's thread on the SCS forum and download the version 1.61.0 .7z (ShareMods link).
- Extract the archive and copy the Base module and the add-ons for your DLCs to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- In the Mod Manager, activate the Base and the add-ons that apply.
- Order them according to the readme; Real Traffic Density and the Sound Fixes fix go above.
- If you see trailers without wheels, raise g_lod_factor_traffic to 5 in config.cfg.

Common problems
Do I need every DLC?
No. The Base module works on its own; each add-on should only be activated if you have its DLC or mod.
Does it change my jobs?
Mostly the traffic, but it also adds doubles and triples in the Freight Market outside the SCS areas.
Why do trailers appear without wheels?
It's a known issue; the author recommends g_lod_factor_traffic "5" in config.cfg.
Does it work with ProMods?
For ProMods there's a separate add-on by the same author.
