What this mod does
Portugal Rebuild is a ProMods add-on focused on Portugal. Its goal is to recreate the country in more detail than the default ProMods map, adding destinations and routes that didn’t exist before and bringing the cargo areas to life.
What it adds
- New cities and new roads in Portuguese territory.
- New logistics areas to pick up and deliver cargo.
- Real companies and companies for VTCs (virtual trucking companies).
- In version 0.1.8 the A3 motorway and the BP, GALP, Moeve and Repsol gas stations were redone.
- Version 0.1.9 fixes bugs and works on the A13.
Who it’s for
It’s a good fit if you already play with ProMods and like touring the Iberian Peninsula: Portugal gains density and inland routes, which you really notice if you drive between Spain and Portugal. If you only play with the SCS map it’s no use to you, because it relies on ProMods.
Version and compatibility
Version 0.1.9, released in September 2026, is already compatible with ETS2 1.61. Besides ProMods Europe you need the Iberia DLC; keep in mind that ProMods has its own list of required DLCs. The project is still at an early stage (version 0.x), so it’s normal to run into the occasional bug.

How to install it
- Install ProMods Europe and check that it loads fine on your profile.
- Download Portugal Rebuild from its official TruckyMods page.
- Copy the .scs file to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- In the game's Mod Manager, enable Portugal Rebuild.
- Place it above the ProMods files so its changes take priority.
- Back up your profile before loading your save for the first time.
