What this mod does
Tractor Mod gives you a tractor to work your farm on a big scale: hop on, pick a tool, seeds or fertilizer in the toolbar and drive; the tractor applies it to an area around you. Ideal when your farm gets bigger.
How to get it
You buy the tractor garage from Robin; once construction is done, it’s yours. Press Backspace (configurable) to summon it from wherever you are. The price can be changed in the config.
What it does out of the box
- Enabled: axe, fertilizer, grass starter, hoe, melee weapon, milk pail, pickaxe, scythe, seeds, shears and watering can.
- Disabled (enable it in
config.json): the axe on trees, bushes and living crops, attacking monsters, the pickaxe on flooring and placed objects, the scythe on machines and the slingshot.
Compatibility
Version 4.24.4 (March 15, 2026) requires SMAPI 4.1.10 or later and Stardew Valley 1.6.15 or later; on Android phones the author recommends 4.24.3. In multiplayer, the host and any farmhands who want to use the tractor must install it; with a high watering distance (5 or more), farmhands may get disconnected. If you harvest with the tractor, remove Harvest With Scythe Mod. It can also be configured with Generic Mod Config Menu. It’s the continuation of PhthaloBlue’s TractorMod, with their permission. Nexus links a Spain Spanish translation by Gonzy42.

Requirements
- Stardew Valley 1.6.15 or later (PC); Android: version 4.24.3
- SMAPI 4.1.10 or later
- In multiplayer: the host and each farmhand who wants to use the tractor
- Optional: Generic Mod Config Menu
How to install it
- Install SMAPI first (see its mod page) and launch the game once with it to make sure it works.
- Open the Tractor Mod page on Nexus Mods, go to the Files tab and click Manual download on the main file (Tractor Mod 4.24.4 (on Android, 4.24.3)). You need a free Nexus account to download.
- Unzip the .zip outside the game folder and move the resulting folder into Mods, inside the game folder (on Steam for Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Mods).
- Launch the game with SMAPI, buy the tractor garage from Robin and, once it's built, hop on and pick a tool in the toolbar.

How do I get the tractor?
By buying the tractor garage from Robin. When construction finishes, the tractor is inside.
Can I summon it from anywhere?
Yes, with the Backspace key by default (configurable).
Does it work with Farm Expansion or Stardew Realty?
Yes, but don't build the garage in the expanded area or leave the tractor there overnight.
