What this mod does
The Citroën C15 is one of the best-loved vans on Spanish and French roads, and this mod brings it to Assetto Corsa in its naturally aspirated diesel version, with a manual gearbox and front-wheel drive. Its author, x0t, explains that it started as a joke and ended up as a four-year project in which he learned Blender and Substance from scratch to build it.
What’s included
- Model, textures, physics and sound made from scratch, mixing details from the pre- and post-facelift versions.
- Several liveries; some add a tow hitch or a roof rack.
- Headlights with refraction, turn signals with their own sound and driver animations.
Who it’s for
For anyone who wants something different: driving slowly over mountain passes, goofing around with friends on a server or reliving the family van. It’s not a race car, and that’s the fun of it. The author recommends the Col des Mourèzes mountain track and a turn signal sound app to round out the experience.
Version
Version 0.9 (May 2023) is the only one released. The author publishes a long list of pending details, mostly visual (wheel textures, springs that don’t compress, windshield dirt), that don’t affect the driving.

Common problems
The Content Manager preview looks odd
The author uses BC7 texture compression, which the Content Manager preview doesn't display properly. It looks fine in the game.
Does it work without Custom Shaders Patch?
No, the author says CSP is required.
Why is it so slow?
It's a naturally aspirated eighties diesel van; the author aimed to reproduce its real performance, not to make it fast.
