What this mod does
The Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours hosted the Formula 1 French Grand Prix until 2008 and today hosts endurance racing, motorcycle racing and other series. This Assetto Corsa version was built from scratch by chilenaoexiste and Thomas7 using onboard cameras and races from 2020 to 2026; the author makes clear it’s not a copy of the Race07 one. It has over 40,000 downloads.

- 4,411-meter Grand Prix layout with 17 turns and 26 grid spots.
- Long lap penalty zone, start and pit lane lights, digital flag panels and night lighting with CSP.
- Curbs, colors and track paint updated to match the real recent look.
What’s new in 1.8
The October 12, 2026 update redoes the curbs: it brings back the second painted layer at several corner exits, adds a missing one at turn 3, raises the ones at turns 10, 15, 16 and 17 and flattens the rest. It also swaps almost all the 3D trees for 2D trees to improve performance, adds a backdrop with buildings and distant towns and tweaks the AI at the turn 5 hairpin.
Requirements and warnings
It needs Custom Shaders Patch to work. Some users reported high GPU usage in earlier versions, and the pit lane is small.

How to install it
- Install or update Custom Shaders Patch from Content Manager.
- Open the Magny-Cours 2026 page on OverTake.gg, sign in and download the file (about 129 MB).
- Drag the file into Content Manager and click Install, or copy the track folder to assettocorsa/content/tracks.
- Pick Magny-Cours from the track list and head out.
