What this mod does
Esterlon is the most personal project by Eblem, the creator of Reforma. Instead of recreating a real place, it offers a made-up island nation that blends traits of Mexico and the United States: you’ll see signs and roads with their own style inspired by both sides of the border, city names with a Latin flavor and very varied terrain.
What you’ll find
- The province of Prahdor, with Zacattle as its capital, and other cities such as Wasper, Malpasso and Alpine.
- A 1:1 scale map designed for long hauls, with mountain stretches.
- Rest areas, hotels and gas stations adapted to the Road Trip features.
- Its own FMOD sounds and easier bank loans to progress in your save.
How it works
It’s a separate map module: it doesn’t connect to the US map, so you play it on a new profile by choosing Esterlon as the map. It’s a work in progress, and the author keeps expanding it with new areas.
It’s a good option if you already know Reforma and fancy a different territory, without the mod traffic of the main map. The current version is updated for ATS 1.61.

Common problems
Is it a map of real Mexico?
No. Esterlon is a fictional country; it only takes inspiration from the signage and style of Mexico and the United States.
Do I need Reforma installed?
The official page only lists Reforma Mega Resources as a dependency, not the full Reforma map.
Can I use it in my current save?
It's not recommended: it's a standalone map and is played on a new profile by selecting its map module.
