What this mod does
Tráfico Mexicano is one of the most subscribed Mexican traffic mods on the ATS Workshop (more than 16,000 subscribers). Its author, Teotitaco, dresses up traffic in the colors of carriers and companies you see every day on Mexico’s roads.
What’s included
- Trucks and trailers from 17 carriers: Arlequín, Castores, Cemex, En-trega, Flechisa, Forza, GTM, Julián de Obregón, Potosinos, TAG, TLASA, Trabal, Traca, Trasmisa, Tres Guerras, Trucka and TUM.
- «Full» version (double trailer) for Castores, TAG, TLASA, Trabal and Trucka.
- Tankers from PEMEX and Grupo Simsa.
- Delivery vehicles from Bimbo, Sabritas, Mercado Libre, Correos de México, Barcel, TGL and others.
- Buses from ADO, Elite Select, Ómnibus, Primera Plus and Touri Star.
Where it shows up
The traffic only spawns in Mexico, so you need a map like Reforma. The buses also appear in some US states, and one user has spotted vans in Texas and Iowa. Judging by the tags, these are liveries for traffic; the author doesn’t detail the models.
Version
No game version is listed. The latest update is from January 4, 2026, around 1.57. For your own trailers, the same author publishes Remolques Mexicanos.

Requirements

How to install it
- Open the Tráfico Mexicano page on Steam Workshop and click Subscribe.
- Launch ATS and enable the mod in the Mod Manager.
- If you use other traffic packs, try this one on its own first to check that it shows up.
- Drive through Mexico (for example, with Reforma) to see the liveries in traffic.

Common problems
Does it work outside Mexico?
The author limits it to Mexico, except for the buses, which also show up in some US states.
What's a "full"?
It's what a double-trailer truck is called in Mexico; the mod includes it for Castores, TAG, TLASA, Trabal and Trucka.
Does it work in ATS 1.61?
The author doesn't say: the latest update is from January 2026, and users are asking about 1.59 and 1.60.
Can I haul those trailers with my truck?
This mod is for traffic; the author separately publishes Remolques Mexicanos with paint jobs from 13 companies.
