What this mod does
Tree Improved 4K is the vegetation mod by dirceu junior, the same author behind the Weather 3.9 skies. It replaces the textures of some of American Truck Simulator’s trees and bushes with 4K ones, so the scenery looks more detailed from the cab.
What’s included
- New textures for some trees and bushes.
- New vegetation for versions 1.60 and 1.61, added in the latest update.
- A separate 2K version by the same author, for anyone who wants something lighter.
Compatibility
The author warns that it’s not compatible with Fael Environment or Grimes’ seasonal mods. With everything else, he says load order shouldn’t matter. It doesn’t need any DLC.

- Launch American Truck Simulator and wait for Steam to finish downloading the mod.
- Open your profile's Mod Manager and enable “tree_improved_4k_3.7_ATS.”
- Disable Fael Environment and Grimes' seasonal mods if you use them.
- Confirm the changes and load your profile.
