What this mod does
The Trackfab Apache is a lightweight desert racing buggy made by TrackpadUser, who also made the Blackpool Superlite. It has a compact tube chassis and is built for jumping dunes, racing on dirt tracks and taking hits, with very polished suspension physics.
Variants and parts
- Class 10 and Class 12 race versions, short course configs and a sand car with a V6 engine.
- Single- or two-seat chassis.
- Double wishbone front suspension or Autobello-style twin beam.
- Inline-four (Ibishu), V6 and air-cooled boxer engines.
- Bypass shocks, off-road seats, flags and desert racing details.
Who it’s for
It’s one of the best-rated off-road vehicles on the Repository. If you like Baja-style racing, short course or just jumping around Utah or dune maps, the Apache is lighter and twitchier than a built pickup, and a lot of fun online.
Dependencies and release notes
It needs Racetec Universal Racing Parts and Trackfab Modular Offroad Wheels, both free and by the same author: without them most variants end up with no gauges or wheels. 2.2.0 (August 11, 2026) adapts all the lights to the new 0.39 emitter system and splits the variants into subgroups.

Common problems
The buggy spawns with no wheels or gauges
You're missing a dependency: install Racetec Universal Racing Parts and Trackfab Modular Offroad Wheels.
Some body parts or the V6 are invisible
A user reported it in 2.0 and the author fixed it in a later version. Update and clear the cache.
My old skins don't fit anymore
The November 2024 update remade the body's UV map and broke skins made before then.
