What this mod does
LOTS OF MONEY AND XP FOR TESTING MODS is an economy mod by MAXUNDERSTEER designed for testing trucks, maps and other mods in Euro Truck Simulator 2 without having to earn money or experience first. It has over 152,000 subscribers.
What it does
- New profiles start with about €1 billion and 1 million experience points.
- On new and existing profiles, the base pay for each delivery goes up to €100 million.
- Each delivery kilometer gives 10,000 XP.
- The final reward still depends on the game’s bonuses and penalties.
Version
The author updated it on September 8, 2026, and announced it in the comments, but doesn’t list the game version. One user has since asked for a 1.61 update.
Known issues
Many users report that their money and XP went negative, sometimes on and off; one says they went bankrupt and another ended up with a huge debt. That’s why it’s best to use it on a test profile and not on your main save. There’s a Russian version of the description with the same content.
It’s a single-player mod: don’t use it in multiplayer sessions.

Requirements

How to install it
- Back up your profiles folder (Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/profiles).
- Open the mod page on Steam Workshop and click Subscribe.
- Create a new test profile and enable the mod in its Mod Manager.
- Complete a delivery to collect the boosted pay.
Common problems
Does it work on existing profiles?
Yes for delivery pay; the starting money and XP are for new profiles.
My money shows up negative
It's an issue many users report; use it on a test profile.
Can I use it in multiplayer?
No: it's single-player only.
