What this mod does
Sweden Extended ProMods FIX is the free patch by LaGe (Lars Geveke) that lets his Sweden Extended (Vänern Project) map and ProMods Europe work together. Without it, the two mods overlap in Sweden and you can’t have both enabled in the same profile.
What you get
- Sweden Extended running with ProMods enabled.
- Everything ProMods adds in the area, such as the town of Malung and a large border crossing between Norway and Sweden.
- According to the author, the most detailed Sweden ever seen in the game.
Version and compatibility
V1, released September 17, 2026, is the first version and is marked for ETS2 1.61. The author lists it as compatible with ProMods 2.84 and Sweden Extended V4.
Requirements
Besides ProMods Europe and Sweden Extended, the page lists nine map DLCs: Road to the Black Sea, Beyond the Baltic Sea, Going East!, Vive la France !, Italia, Scandinavia, Iberia, Greece and Nordic Horizons. It doesn’t give a load order.
LaGe is also the author of House south of Östersund and Strasbourg Rework.

How to install it
- Go to the patch page on TruckyMods (LaGe's verified account).
- Download version V1.
- Copy the file to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod.
- Enable it in the Mod Manager along with Sweden Extended and ProMods Europe.
- Load your profile and drive around Sweden, for example the Malung area.
