What this mod does
Challenging Community Center Bundles (CCCB), by alvadea and Jaksha6472, reworks the Community Center bundles so that completing it is a challenge without becoming frustrating. It’s a good pick if you’ve already finished the game and want a second playthrough with more planning, because it makes you think ahead about what to plant, what to keep and what to craft.
What it changes
- Bundles that ask for crops, fruit and artisan goods available from year 2 on, more machine use and more mining.
- Special rewards and variants for the 1.6 remixed bundles too.
- A
Pure_Vanillaoption to bring back the original bundles in an existing save.
Variants
You download just one: Vanilla, or combinations with Stardew Valley Expanded, Ridgeside Village and the Cornucopia series (More Crops, More Flowers and Artisan Machines). Each variant needs the mods it names to be installed.
Requirements and compatibility
It requires SMAPI and Content Patcher. Version 3.5.2 (January 6, 2025, about 56 KB per variant) belongs to the 3.x series, updated for 1.6, which dropped the Json Assets dependency. The page doesn’t mention multiplayer, Android or translations.

- Unzip the .zip outside the game folder and move the resulting folder into the Mods folder, inside the game folder.
- Install only one variant, and delete any old version of CCCB first, as the page asks.

Common problems
Can I use it in an existing save?
Yes, and if you change your mind there's a Pure_Vanilla option to go back to the original bundles.
Which variant should I download?
The one that matches the mods you have: Vanilla if you don't use any, or the combination with SVE, RSV or Cornucopia.
Does it need Json Assets?
No. The 3.x series for 1.6 dropped that dependency.
