What this mod does

Joja Civic Center adds a new Joja building to town with bundles to complete, in the style of the Community Center. It doesn’t replace JojaMart or force you to buy a Joja membership: you can complete it alongside the Community Center, and some events change depending on your route. It’s by blue704, and version 1.3.1 was released October 8, 2026.

How it works

  • It opens after three in-game days; on the fourth, Morris introduces it to you.
  • 7 rooms with 5 to 8 bundles each: crops, seeds, fertilizers, mayonnaise, cooking, Joja products, fishing and foraging hunts. The treasure hunt bundles are picked at random from a pool of 30.
  • Rewards: a cellar and Evelyn’s cooking shop, a fish farm in the tide pools, Leah’s foraging shop with a clearing for growing crops, and a Special Orders board.
  • A lost-and-found box with a daily gift, plus seasonal events.

Options

Version 1.3.0 added five alternate locations, remixed and randomized bundles, and bundle versions for SVE, Ridgeside Village, Visit Mount Vapius and East Scarp. It’s best to pick them before starting a save.

It requires, among others, Unlockable Bundles and Farm Type Manager. There’s a Spain Spanish translation by Darcir.

Common problems

Do I have to pick the Joja route?

No. You don't need a Joja membership and you can complete it alongside the Community Center; only some events change.

Can I install it on an existing save?

Yes, but the author recommends locking in the options before you start. Changing the location mid-save requires a terrain reset mod.

Is it available in Spanish?

Yes, there's a Spain Spanish translation by Darcir on Nexus.
