What this mod does
MUO/Reforma Compatibility Patch is for one specific combo: the Mexico map Reforma with Urban Traffic Overhaul (Quaristice’s former Minor Urban Overhaul). It’s published by defeoac on TruckyMods, where it has more than 70,000 downloads and is listed as compatible with ATS 1.58 to 1.61.
What it fixes
- Joins the roads of both mods in the Phoenix area; since ATS 1.53, when SCS rebuilt Southern California, the patch only covers that area.
- Version 1.9.2 merges sectors from Urban Traffic Overhaul v23, Reforma 2.9.7 and SCS’s Route 66 project, and swaps the Phoenix garage for the 1.58 one.
Do you need it?
Only if you use Reforma and Urban Traffic Overhaul (or its Lite version) at the same time. If you play with Project Better Arizona and its Reforma connection instead, the author says you don’t need it. It isn’t compatible with standalone PaZzMod.
Load order
From top to bottom: this patch, Reforma Sierra Nevada (optional), Reforma, Reforma Mega Resources and, at the bottom, Urban Traffic Overhaul. It requires 15 map DLCs, from Arizona to Arkansas. The author forbids reuploading or modifying it.

- Download the patch from its TruckyMods page.
- Copy the file into Documents/American Truck Simulator/mod.
- Order them from top to bottom: patch, Reforma Sierra Nevada (if you use it), Reforma, Mega Resources and Urban Traffic Overhaul.
- Load your profile and test a trip around the Phoenix area.
