Assetto Corsa EVO hasn’t come out on PS5 or Xbox yet, and there’s no official console release date or price (as of October 21, 2026). Kunos has said the console versions are «on the schedule» and that it’s working on them, and the specialist press talks about PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, but the game is only sold on PC, in Early Access on Steam. There’s also no sign of a PS4 version.
Current status: PC only (Steam, Early Access)
Assetto Corsa EVO, developed by Kunos Simulazioni and published by 505 Games, launched in Early Access on Steam on January 16, 2025. Since then it has received numbered updates; the latest is 0.9, from August 26, 2026, and on October 16, 2026 Kunos and 505 Games announced that 0.10, with the first phase of Free Roam mode across the Eifel region and the full-scale Nordschleife, will arrive on December 9, 2026. Digital Bros, the group that owns 505 Games, confirmed this in its annual results on September 24, 2026: Assetto Corsa EVO and Assetto Corsa Rally are «in Early Access on Steam only».
Will Assetto Corsa EVO come to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S?
Everything points to yes, though there’s no date. Here’s what’s known and where it comes from:
- September 2023: a Digital Bros financial report indicated that «the next Assetto Corsa» would also come to console, as reported by the specialist press.
- June 2025: Marco Massarutto, Kunos co-founder, said in an interview with Traxion that the console versions are «absolutely on the schedule», but that they couldn’t confirm when. He explained that a satellite team had been working on the port for over a year and that ideally it would line up with the PC 1.0, without committing to it.
- September 2026: Digital Bros places EVO’s full launch (1.0) in the second half of its 2026/27 fiscal year, that is, between January and June 2027. The document doesn’t mention console platforms.
- October 2026: the October 16 press release about Free Roam (presented at Sim Racing Expo) again only talks about the PC version.
Bottom line: there’s no official announcement with platforms, date or price. Based on what Kunos has said, the most likely scenario is that console arrives when the game leaves Early Access on PC or later, but that isn’t confirmed.
Assetto Corsa EVO on PS4: not expected
Neither Kunos nor 505 Games has ever talked about a PS4 or Xbox One version. Console reports only mention PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and the game’s PC requirements make it unlikely: the official minimum calls for 16 GB of RAM and a GPU with 8 GB of VRAM. If you have a PS4 and want an Assetto Corsa, your real options are the original Assetto Corsa on PS4 or Assetto Corsa Competizione.
Assetto Corsa EVO PS5 price
There isn’t one. Since the PS5 version hasn’t been announced, there’s no price or pre-order on PlayStation Store. Be wary of any site selling «PS5 keys» or «pre-orders» for EVO: there are no official ones.
For reference, the base price on Steam Spain is 39,99 € (checked on October 22, 2026), and Kunos warns on Steam that the price will go up during Early Access as content is added. Don’t infer the console price from that.
Requirements to play it on PC today

Keep in mind that Early Access is still changing: each update can raise the demands, especially with the arrival of the open world.
What the PC version will have that may not reach console
On PC, EVO already supports community-made content: since 0.7 there’s an official car editor (SDK) and since 0.8 community cars can be used in multiplayer. Kunos hasn’t said whether that content will come to console; with the original Assetto Corsa it didn’t, and there are no mods on console. If mods matter to you, the PC version is the safe bet. How to catch the official announcement
Announcements come out on the official website assettocorsa.gg, on Assetto Corsa’s official social channels and on the 505 Games blog. When there’s a console version, it will show up on PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store; until then, any «leaked date» is speculation.
