They're all for 1.6 on PC (the latest version is 1.6.15) and run with SMAPI. Many are packs that depend on a framework, like Fashion Sense, Furniture Framework or Alternative Textures, and we note it on each mod page.
The best Stardew Valley decor mods to start with
- Fashion Sense: a framework for your farmer's clothing and appearance, with animated hairstyles, hats, shirts and accessories bigger than the game's own. Version 7.5.0.
- Furniture Framework: the base for furniture packs with rotations, seats, layers, lights, beds and fish tanks. Over 100 mods use it. Version 3.3.0.
- HxW Outdoor Furniture: over 35 pieces of outdoor furniture (tables, benches you can sit on and garden decor) with its own catalogue at Robin's shop and three palettes.
- PCs Rattan Furniture: 74 pieces of vintage-style rattan furniture for the house and bathroom, with a Spanish translation.
- More Elegant Farmer Body: a new body for your farmer, with adjusted clothing and hairstyles and 12 skin tones. Version 5.0.5 for 1.6.
- Shardust's Animated Hairstyles: 155 hairstyles for Fashion Sense that move as you walk and can be dyed like the originals.
- Customize Anywhere: change your farmer's appearance and open a wardrobe with all the game's clothing from anywhere. Version 1.4.2.
- (AT) Chest Deco: dozens of new looks for chests, applied with the paint bucket Robin sells.
Which framework each pack needs
- Clothing and hairstyles: packs with the FS prefix, like FS Wabi's Wardrobe or FS The Coquette Collection, and the hairstyles by Shardust or Kyuya load through Fashion Sense. Kyuya's Hairstyles Pack is designed for More Elegant Farmer Body.
- Furniture: the HxW and PCs Rattan pieces are bought from catalogues at Robin's shop. Packs that use Furniture Framework say so on their page.
- Alternative textures: packs marked (AT) need Alternative Textures, the paint bucket framework.
- Missing dependencies: if SMAPI warns at startup that a mod is missing, install the one it names before going any further.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need for Stardew Valley clothing mods?
SMAPI and Fashion Sense. Clothing and hairstyle packs with the FS prefix, like Wabi's Wardrobe or Shardust's Animated Hairstyles, load through Fashion Sense.
Where do you buy the furniture from these mods?
It depends on the pack. HxW Outdoor Furniture and HxW Fairy Garden Furniture come with a catalogue at Robin's shop, and PCs Rattan Furniture can go in the regular catalogue or in its own catalogue sold by Robin.
Do these mods work on Android or consoles?
There are no mods on Switch, PS4 and Xbox One. On Android, only with SMAPI for Android, an unofficial port that lags behind the PC version, so not every mod works.
