Hytale tool mods

Here are 51 mods that bring tools to Hytale: plugins for running servers (permissions, land protection, economy, action logging), HUD and map improvements, item and recipe browsers, and the libraries other mods need to work. The best Hytale tools to start with

• Hytems: an in-game browser for items, recipes, loot and creatures that already includes the Update 7 bosses, dungeons, portals and runes. Version 1.10.0 for 0.7.
• InsightHUD: shows the status of the creatures, crops, workbenches and chests in front of you. It's configurable and available in Spanish. Version 1.8.8 for 0.7.
• nyoUpdates: checks in one go whether your mods have a new version on CurseForge, installs it with a backup and lets you roll back. Version 3.0.4 for 0.7.
• WorldProtect: WorldGuard-style region protection, with more than twenty flags (PvP, building, creature spawning…) and a map overlay. Version 1.0.17 for 0.7.
• Simple Claims: your party claims land by chunks and manages allies and permissions from an interface, with the claimed areas shown on the map.
• LuckPerms: the most widely used permissions manager in Minecraft, adapted to Hytale, with groups, ranks, prefixes and a web editor. Version 5.5.87, in beta for Hytale.
• CoreProtect: logs who placed or broke every block and undoes griefing with a rollback. Version 3.0 for 0.6.
• BetterMap: makes the map persistent, with a cave mode, waypoints with teleport and a shared server map.

Plugins, libraries and versions

• Everything runs on the server: in Hytale, mods run server-side and the client isn't modified. In a single-player world the game starts a local server, so mods are enabled world by world. In multiplayer, the admin installs them.
• Libraries: Patchly, Resource Groups, PJ CoreLib, Ziggfreed's CommonLib and Alec's Tamework don't add anything on their own. Install them only when another mod asks for them, and in the version its page specifies.
• 0.6 or 0.7: some of these tools are still marked for 0.6. Before using one on 0.7.3, check the Files tab on CurseForge to see if it already has a file for 0.7. When Update 8 comes out, wait for your server's plugins to be updated and back up the world before opening it.
• Security: plugins are .jar files that run code on your computer or your server. Only download them from CurseForge or the author's official website.
